How does MailMagnet work?

Zoho Mail-add on helps you to manage and track all your candidates and client contacts conversation within your Zoho Recruit account. Notifying you on incoming emails helps you respond to your candidates and client quickly. Zoho Recruit's Mail Magnet feature intelligently scans your inbox and notifies you of the emails from your candidates and client contacts in Zoho Recruit. Not just that, you can also reply to emails and view attachments all from within MailMagnet.
MailMagnet will be available only if you enable the Zoho Mail Add-on feature and configure your email account within Zoho Recruit. See Also Zoho Mail Add-on
To Reply to Emails
    1. Click the MailMagnet icon.
    2. In the popup window, you can view the list of emails.
    3. Click on the email that you want to send a reply and click Reply.
    4. Clicking the From address will take you to the respective candidate/client contact detail page.

To view attachments:

  1. Click the MailMagnet icon.
  2. In the popup window, you can view the list of emails.
  3. Click on the attachment icon to view the attachments quickly.

Note

- When the candidates and client contacts send emails, it will be listed under MailMagnet.

- Only if you are the recipient ( i.e. your emails address is in the To or CC fields of the email), will you receive the email in MailMagnet.

- Group mails, such as info@zillum.com, sales@zillum.com, etc. will not be listed in MailMagnet.

- The mail magnet will retrieve emails every 3 minutes. 

- 100 emails will be listed under MailMagnet.
