To customize email triggers, follow the steps given below.
Go to the Settings module.
On the right panel, click on Email alerts.
Click on Add email alerts.
Select the module for which you would like to add an email alert.
The following form is displayed.
Enter a name for your email alert in the Email alert name box.
Select the Trigger Criteria.
Select the From and To email addresses.
Enter the Subject for the email alert.
While composing the email, you can use the Merge fields option to personalize the email for each candidate. A sample of the filled form is shown below. Once you complete filling the form, click on Create email alert.
The newly created email alert is now displayed under the Candidates module. You can view or edit the email alert from this screen. There are also options to delete or disable the alert.
