To customize the fields a candidate needs to fill when applying for a specific job opening, follow the steps given below.
Go to the Job Openings module.
Click on the Publish icon below the desired job opening. You can also follow these steps for a job that has already been published.
The first step is to mark and select the job boards to which the job opening will be published. Once the selection is made, click on Next.
In the second step, fields required for the job boards need to be filled. Once this is done, click on Next.
In the third step, you can select the form fields which applicants will need to fill to apply for this job opening. Once you have selected the fields, click on Publish. Note: Only those fields marked as Publish Fields on the candidate form are displayed here. If fields are missing, they may not be marked as a Publish Field.
