  • What is record credit?

    Converting an address to GPS coordinate is called as record credit.

    For example, if your CRM account has 1000 records (Leads-200, Contacts-200, Accounts-200, Deals -200 & Events -200) and you want to work all the 1000 records with RouteIQ, you have to purchase 1000 record credits.

    Note: The converted GPS coordinates are valid only for 3 months. So the addresses should be converted again once every 3 months which will consume one record credit for each address conversion.

  • Do I get free record credits for the Flexi plan?

    Yes. You will get 1,000 free record credits per user per month. If your billing is annual, you will get 12,000 free record credits upfront for that year.

  • Should I purchase the record credits every month?

    No. It is purely based on the number of records in your CRM account. You can purchase the record credits anytime as and when you need it.

  • I have 20,000 records in CRM. Is it mandatory to purchase 20,000 record credits?

    No. RouteIQ supports CRM module/view level configuration. So you can purchase only based on selective modules/views which you want to work with RouteIQ.

  • Is there an expiration date for unused record credits?

    Yes. Any unused record credits will expire a year from the date that they were credited.

  • Can I get a demo of RouteIQ?

  • How can I pay?

    If at any time you are not satisfied with our product or service, you can get a refund adjusted based on record credits used and our company refund policy.
