You are eligible to receive 15% of your friend's subscription fee as Zoho Wallet credits for one year, once your friend becomes a paying customer and completes 90 days with Zoho. You can use these credits to purchase any new Zoho app, renew your subscription, add user licenses, purchase add-ons, or upgrade your current subscription to another edition.

What does your referral get?

Each referral of yours will earn $100 in promotional credits in their Zoho account after they sign up, which they can use on any purchase of a new Zoho app.

  • Who can I refer?

    You can refer any business or solopreneur not already registered with Zoho.

     
  • How many rewards can I earn?

    For each qualified sale that you generate, you can earn 15% of the revenue Zoho receives in the subsequent 12 months in Wallet credits, provided the referral stays with Zoho for at least 90 days. You will not be eligible to receive Wallet credits for any subsequent purchases of other Zoho services made by the customer.

    A qualified sale is the first purchase your referral has made that satisfies the following criteria:

    • The referred customer signed up within 90 days of first clicking on your referral link
    • The referred customer makes their first purchase within 90 days from the date of signing up
    • The referred customer is not an existing paying customer of Zoho
    • The referred customer signs up in the same data center in which you are registered as a customer.Please check here to know more about our Data centers.

    For example: If you refer someone who is not a Zoho customer under any paid subscription plan, and that person or business purchases product A and stays with Zoho for 90+ days, you will earn 15% of the revenue Zoho makes from that purchase in the subsequent 12 months.

     
  • Will I get rewards for all the products that the referred customer goes on to purchase?

    No, you will not be eligible to receive rewards for any subsequent purchase of other Zoho offerings (i.e. cross-sell) made by the same customer.

    For example: If your qualified referral, who first purchased product A, buys product B next, you will not receive Wallet credits from their purchase of product B, only from product A.

     
  • I have referred a customer for CRM, but they now want to upgrade from CRM to a Zoho One account. Will I still get Wallet credits for their Zoho One purchase?

    Unfortunately, we cannot provide credits in this case, as both are considered as different products and the referrer cannot receive rewards for separate purchases.

     
  • When will I receive my rewards? What if the customer cancels their subscription?

    You will earn Wallet credits on each qualified sale after your referral completes 90 days as a paying Zoho customer. You will receive rewards based on the plan schedule chosen by the customer.

    • If your referral subscribes to an annual plan, you will be eligible to receive the reward for the whole year.
    • If your referral subscribes to a monthly plan, you will be eligible to receive the reward on a monthly basis for a period of one year from the date of the qualified sale.
     
  • What happens if my referral downgrades?

    In the event your qualified referral downgrades or terminates their subscription plan, you may or may not be eligible to receive rewards based on their chosen subscription plan.

    • If your referral signed up with the monthly subscription plan and then downgrades or terminates their subscription within a period of one year, the reward will only accrue until the date the customer cancels or downgrades the subscription.
    • If your referral signed up with an annual subscription plan and then cancels or downgrades their subscription, you will still be eligible to receive the reward for the whole year.
     
  • Will I earn recurring rewards for the referred customer?

    No. You are only eligible to receive rewards on the revenue earned during the first 12 months after the first purchase of any Zoho product via your referral link.

     
  • How can I use the Wallet credits I earn from referring to some one?

    You can use these credits for purchasing any new product, upgrading your current edition of any subscription, renewing your subscription, and purchasing user licenses or add-ons.

     
  • Is there a limit on the number of new customers I can refer or the amount I can earn from this program?

    There is no limit to the number of customers that you can refer, nor on the amount you can earn from this program. You are encouraged to refer as many new customers as you can.

     
  • Is there a minimum sales requirement?

    No, there is no minimum requirement.

     
  • Can we withdraw the credit as cash?

    No, Wallet credits can only be used on Zoho products and cannot be exchanged for cash.

     
  • Is there an expiration date to use the Wallet credits earned from a qualified referral?

    Wallet credits are valid for 360 days from the day you received them.

  • Can I refer customers in any geography or data center?

    Your qualified referrals must sign up in the same data center in which you are registered as a customer. You can, however, refer customers in any data center, provided that you have also signed in to that data center. For example, if you have signed up in the US data center and want to refer customers from Europe, you may create a new account with a separate email address and select Europe as your data center.

     
  • Once I've shared my unique link with a qualified referral, how quickly do they need to sign up for their new account to be attributed to me?

    We offer a generous 90-day period for your referral to sign up after you've given them your unique link. If 90 days have passed and your potential referral still wants to sign up, you will need to re-share your unique link and ask them to sign up again.

     
  • My referral forgot to use my unique referral link. Is there a way to track it back to my account?

    Unfortunately, we're unable to track new account signups made outside of a referral link back to your account. Please be sure anyone you refer signs up using your unique link and that you use your unique referral link in all of your promotions.

     
  • Is there a way for me to track the status of my referrals?

    Yes, you can track and monitor the complete performance in your dashboard.

     
  • Can I use Zoho's content in my promotions?

    You are prohibited from reproducing, in whole or in part, any marketing or promotional material, videos, webinars, case studies, testimonials, or user manuals created by Zoho as your own. You may feature and link to Zoho products on your page or in promotions, but must make it clear the content comes from Zoho.
