  • What is a Zoho Workshop?

    Workshops are interactive, in-person events designed to increase knowledge, proficiency, and competency levels for users of Zoho products. Held in a classroom style setting and led by a team of dedicated Zoho product experts, workshops are the best way to enhance your learning, discover new skills, and become a Zoho pro!

    Workshops take place over one, two, or three days, and the course content is broken down into topics with comfort breaks between units. From the outset, you'll be provided with a demo account that will remain active for 90 days after the workshop ends. This allows you to follow along with your instructor in a live setting, build, test and refine workflows, blueprints and more - without any risk to your real business data. Workshops will also give you several opportunities to ask those burning questions you hold - and receive expert answers!

     
  • Which workshops are available to attend in my region?

    We're bringing our CRM, Customer Experience (Zoho CRM Plus), Low-code & Custom App (Zoho Creator), and BI and Analytics (Zoho Analytics) workshops to cities across Europe this spring - but not all venues will host all three. To check which workshops are on offer in your city, please consult the itinerary below:

    • Stockholm - 10 March, 2026 - Zoho CRM only
    • Copenhagen - 12 March, 2026 - Zoho CRM only
    • London - 16, 17, 18 March, 2026 - Customer Experience (Zoho CRM Plus), Low-code and Custom App (Zoho Creator) , and BI and Analytics (Zoho Analytics) workshops (third day for "Advanced" CRM workshop only)
    • Paris - 23, 24 March, 2026 - Customer Experience (Zoho CRM Plus), Low-code and Custom App (Zoho Creator), and BI & Analytics (Zoho Analytics) workshops

  • How will I complete the certification element?

    To receive your Zoho Product certificate, you will receive an email after the workshop ends containing a link to the certification evaluation. Simply complete and pass the online assessment to earn your certificate. You will have 30 days to complete the certification. Upon successfully passing the assessment, a digital certificate will be issued to verify your certified status. Each certification is valid for one year.

  • Why should I attend a workshop?

  • I am new to Zoho, can I attend a workshop? What proficiency levels are the workshops designed for?

    Yes, the workshops are open to everyone, welcoming both new and established Zoho users. Newbies have nothing to worry about because while the content will dive deep, our experts will begin with the basics and guide you through the product journey. Prior knowledge of Zoho platforms will be beneficial, but not essential, to gain value from the workshops.

    For attendees of the Low-code & Custom App (Zoho Creator) Workshop: To get the most out of the session, we recommend having at least a basic understanding of Zoho Creator. Participants should be familiar with key concepts such as application structure, forms, workflows, and simple automation. To help you prepare, we offer an introductory course covering these core concepts.

    Please note that, where offered, the third day of the Customer Experience (CRM Plus) workshop is an "Advanced" course. The content is designed for power CRM users who have mastered all of the features delivered in the standard workshop.

     
  • What is a One-on-One appointment?

    All workshop attendees will have the opportunity to schedule a 30-minute one-on-one session with a Zoho product expert. These appointments are available during workshops, breaks, and networking sessions. Additionally, we will open dedicated one-on-one time slots that you can take advantage of.

    One-on-one appointments enable you to sit with a Zoho specialist and discuss any issues, roadblocks, ideas, or questions you may have about your implementation. Be sure to bring your laptop to your appointment, so our team can address any issues directly, demonstrate relevant features, and empower you to make future changes in real time.

    All ticket-holders will be emailed a link to our one-on-one booking page before the workshops begin.

     
  • What do I need to bring along?

    Please bring your laptop and your laptop charger, so that you can follow along with our workshop tutors and stay connected. Other than that, all you'll need is an inquisitive mind, a list of questions to ask, comfy shoes, and a business card or two. The caffeine is on us!

     
  • Will I receive a certificate of participation?

    Yes, all participants will be awarded a certificate of participation upon completion of the programme.

     
  • I’m registered for the CX workshop but would like to attend an Analytics session. Is that possible?

    Switching between tracks is not permitted. Each session within the workshops are designed to build on the previous one, providing a seamless and cohesive learning experience.

     
  • What language will the workshops be delivered in?

    The session language is indicated in the agenda.

     
  • Will refreshments and food be provided?

    Yes, Zoho will provide a buffet lunch, and post-workshop snacks on each day of the workshops. Self-service stations with tea, coffee, and water will also be available throughout the workshops. If you have any dietary requirements, please write to us at communications@eu.zohocorp.com.

     
  • Will there be free Wi-Fi available?

    Yes, there will be complimentary Wi-Fi available for all attendees at each and every workshop venue. The password will be shared with you upon arrival.
