The Digital Health Study uses a scoring system to assess key areas including innovation, use of new technology such as AI, technical issues, platform stability, and IT Management. Censuswide surveyed 1503 senior digital transformation decision makers in firms with 25+ employees across the five markets.

Highlights

  • Overall, there has been a slight increase in the percentage of European businesses surveyed with good digital health compared with 2023 - 25% versus 21%
  • Average digital health of those surveyed has increased from 35% to 45%
  • Poor digital health of those surveyed has increased from 34% to 40%
  • Large businesses (1000+ employees) continue to be more likely to have good digital health (33%) and this has increased from 29% in 2023
  • Small businesses (25-250 employees) continue to be the least likely to have good digital health (20%), and this has increased from 12% in 2023
