# How do I stop reminders for a particular customer?

To disable the reminders for a specific customer:

*   Go to _Sales_ on the left sidebar and select **Customers**.
*   Choose the customers for whom the reminders has to be stopped.
*   In the _Details_ page, click the **More** button.
*   From the drop-down, click on **Stop All Reminders** to stop the reminders from being sent to that customer.

Now, the reminders for the customers will be stopped
