How do I add more details to my organization address displayed like Phone number, Fax, website, etc?

You can add more details to your organization address by creating the fields in the Settings and adding them as placeholders in the billing/shipping address.

To create additional fields in the Settings:

  • Click the Gear icon on the top right corner of the page.
  • Select Organizational Profile.
  • Scroll down and click Add additional field.
  • Enter a Label and a Value for the field.
  • Click Save.

To display the additional fields as placeholders in the organization address in your invoice:

  • Click the Gear icon on the top right corner of the page.
  • Select Preferences.
  • Scroll down to Organization Address Format.
  • Click the Insert Placeholders drop-down
  • Select the corresponding field name and value.
  • Click Save.

If the field already exists in your organization profile, you can directly select the placeholders from the Organization Address Format.
