I get an error while importing bank statement. How do I fix this ?
Zoho Books supports five file formats - csv, tsv, ofx, qif and CAMT.053. Please check whether you are importing the file in one of these formats.
Possible workaround to successfully import your statement:
- Choose the appropriate date & currency format .
- Choose the right character encoding.
- Certain banks provide transaction amount in Single / double column(s). Please choose the correct type while importing (especially in case of a csv).
- Your file should not contain a value which is less than zero, if the transaction amount provided contains both withdrawals as well as the deposits field.
