# How do I create a project quote and share it with my customer?

To create a quote for a project:

*   Go to _Time Tracking_ on the left sidebar and select **Projects**.
*   Select the project for which you want to create a quote.
*   Click _New Transaction_ in the top right corner and select **Create Quote** from the dropdown. You’ll be redirected to the _New Quote_ page.
*   Enter the necessary details.
*   Click **Save**.

**Insight:** You can include tasks by clicking \*\*Include Tasks\*\* below the \*Item Table\* section.

**Pro Tip:** You can add the number of hours in the \*\*Quantity\*\* field and the cost in the \*\*Rate\*\* field of the item table.
