# Can my customers edit their credit card details?

Your customers can edit their card details anytime if you’ve [set up a customer portal](/billing/help/settings/customer-portal/customer-portal.html) to interact with them. To update their card details, your customers will have to:

*   Log in to the portal using the portal URL.

**Insight:** The URL will be available in the portal invitation sent to your customer. You can also resend the portal URL by clicking the \*\*Resend Portal URL\*\* option in the customer's \*\*Overview\*\* section. Learn more on [customer portal preferences](/billing/help/settings/customer-portal/customer-portal-preferences.html).

*   Go to **Home** in the left sidebar.
*   Navigate to the **My Details** section and click **View More**.
*   Click the **Edit** icon under **Payment Details.**
*   Edit the card details and click **Update**.

Your customer’s card details will be updated.
