# How do I resolve an integration service error when I integrate my WhatsApp Business Account with Zoho Billing?

If you face an integration service error while trying to connect your WhatsApp Business Account with Zoho Billing, it could be because the account was previously linked to a different Business Service Provider (BSP). Also, using a different currency with that BSP can cause conflicts when connecting your business account to the Zoho BSP.
