[Back](./) # Where do I add terms and conditions in the hosted payment checkout page? Terms and conditions are added through the **Legal** section in the hosted payment page layout. Here’s how: * Go to _Settings_ by clicking the **Gear** icon in the top-right corner. * Select **Hosted Payment Pages** under _Customisation_ in the _Organization Settings_ pane. * Click the **More** icon next to the template and select **Edit Layout**. * Go to the **Payment Information** tab and scroll to the bottom to find the _Legal_ section. * Add the respective URLs in the _Cards_ and _Bank Account_ tabs. **Note:** Mark \*\*Display Mandatory Legal Agreement Checkbox\*\* in the \*Legal\* section for the URLs to be displayed on the payment information page. Your customers will see the terms and conditions links when they check out through the hosted payment page. * * *
