Personalize
Zoho billing provides a variety of options to personalise your organisation. Let us take a look at some of them.
Update Your Email Address
The email address that you had provided while signing up for Zoho Billing will be your registered or primary email address by default. To update it:
- Log in to your Zoho Billing organisation.
- Click the User Profile icon in the top right corner, and select My Account from the right pane that appears.
- You’ll be redirected to the Zoho Accounts (accounts.zoho.com) page.
- In the Zoho Accounts page, go to Profile in the left sidebar, and select Email Address.
- Under My Email Addresses, click + Add Email Address, and enter a new email address. Verify the email address by entering the OTP sent to the entered email address, and click Add.
- Next, hover over the new email address, and click Mark as Primary on the right.
Now, the email address you marked as Primary will be used for your Zoho Billing account.
Change Password
To change your Zoho account password:
- Log in to your Zoho Billing organisation.
- Click the User Profile icon in the top right corner, and select My Account from the right pane that appears.
- You’ll be redirected to the Zoho Accounts (accounts.zoho.com) page.
- Go to Security on the left sidebar and click Change Password next to on the Password pane.
- In the popup that follows, enter your current password, then enter the new password confirm it.
- If you’ve forgotten your current password, click Forgot Password? to reset it.
- Click Change Password to save your new password.
Your new password will now be set.
Note: If you want to terminate all the existing browser and mobile app sessions, go to Security > Device Sign-ins in the Zoho Accounts page. Check the device type, select the sessions you want to terminate in the popup, and click Delete.
Change Theme
To change the organisation’s theme:
- Log in to your Zoho Billing organisation.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Branding under Organisation in the Organisation Settings pane.
- In the Branding page, customise the following options:
- Appearance: Choose between Dark Pane and Light Pane.
- Accent Color: The default color is Blue. You can change it to Green, or Yellow. To choose a custom color, click the Custom Color icon, select your preferred color or enter a hexadecimal code, and click Apply.
Note: The color you select will also be applied to other Zoho Finance applications integrated with your Zoho Billing organisation, as well as the customer portals.
Add or Remove Your Logo
The logo you add will appear in PDF templates and Email Notifications for your transactions. To add or remove your logo:
- Log in to your Zoho Billing organisation.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Profile under Organisation in the Organisation Settings pane.
- Under Organisation Logo, select Upload Your Organisation Logo to add a new logo.
- To remove an existing logo, click the Delete icon under the logo.
Delete Organization
Prerequisite: It is strongly recommended to take a backup of the organisation before deleting it, as all data will be permanently deleted. Read our help document for more details on Data Backup.
To delete your organisation:
- Log in to your Zoho Billing organisation.
- Click the Organisation Name dropdown in the top right corner, and select Manage from the panel that appears.
- Click the More icon next to the organisation you want to delete, and select Delete.
- In the Delete Your Organisation popup, read the information provided, mark I want to permanently delete this Zoho Billing organisation and its contents.
- Click Delete Organisation.
Leave Organization
Prerequisites:
- If you’re the last Admin and the only user in the organisation, you cannot leave. You must delete the organization.
- If you’re the only admin with other users, you must make one of them an Admin before leaving the organisation.
- You cannot leave an organisation if you configured integrations for it. Disable the integrations you configured or assign another user as an integration owner before leaving the organisation.
To leave an organisation:
- Log in to your Zoho Billing organisation.
- Click the Organisation Name dropdown in the top right corner, and select Manage from the panel that appears.
- Under My Organisations, hover over the organisation you want to leave from, click the More icon to the right, and select Leave Organisation from the dropdown.
- In the popup that follows, check the confirmation box acknowledging that you will no longer have access to the Zoho Billing organisation once you leave, and click OK to proceed.
Now, you will be removed from the selected organisation in Zoho Billing. If this organisation is available in other Zoho Finance applications, you will still be a user of this organisation in those applications.
Delete Account
Warning: Deleting your Zoho Account will permanently delete all data associated with it.
To delete your account:
- Log in to your Zoho Billing organisation.
- Click the User Profile icon in the top right corner, and select My Account from the right pane that appears.
- You’ll be redirected to the Zoho Accounts (accounts.zoho.com) page.
- Go to Settings on the left sidebar and select Close Account.
- Click Close Account.
- In next page, click Proceed to confirm.
Your Zoho account will be deleted.
