Zoho Publish - Terms of Use

ZOHO PUBLISH, A SERVICE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO LIST, UPDATE AND MANAGE INFORMATION OF YOUR BUSINESS INFORMATION IN THIRD PARTY LISTING WEBSITES, IS PROVIDED TO YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT (HEREINAFTER “YOU” or “YOUR”) BY THE APPLICABLE ZOHO ENTITY LISTED HERE (HEREINAFTER “ZOHO”), ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (HEREINAFTER “TERMS”)IN ADDITION TO ZOHO GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE. USE OF ZOHO PUBLISH SIGNIFIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT PROCEED OR USE ZOHO PUBLISH IN ANY MANNER.

ACCESSING ZOHO PUBLISH

Zoho Publish is a part of Zoho’s suite of online collaboration, business and productivity applications. You will be able to access Zoho Publish by using your common account for all Zoho Services (hereinafter “Zoho Account”).

ACCESSING OTHER ZOHO SERVICES

Many Zoho Services are integrated with Zoho Publish. Your Zoho Account will also allow you to access all Zoho Services even if such Zoho Services are not integrated with Zoho Publish. Use of some of these Zoho Services may require acceptance of terms of service specific to such Zoho Services (hereinafter “Service Specific Terms”). You must read, understand and accept the Service Specific Terms before using the corresponding Zoho Service.

BUSINESS LISTING

Zoho will be sharing information such as your business name, business address, images and videos relating to your business ("Business Information") with third party listing websites in connection with your use of Zoho Publish ("Listing Websites"). The publication of your Business Information through Zoho Publish may require acceptance of certain terms and policies which may include but are not limited to terms of service and privacy policy of such Listing Websites ("Listing Website Terms"). You understand that you shall be responsible for compliance with the Listing Website Terms.

While Zoho will use commercially reasonable efforts to publish your Business Information on the Listing Websites, Zoho cannot guarantee that your Business Information will be published on the Listing Websites as the publication of your Business Information is subject to Listing Websites Terms which are beyond Zoho's reasonable control.

You understand and agree that (i) you are solely responsible for your Business Information published in the Listing Websites; (ii) Zoho is merely a conduit for distribution and publication of your Business Information in the Listing Websites; and (iii) Zoho shall not be liable for the Business Information that you publish in the Listing Websites.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE:

By using Zoho Publish, you agree that :

  • You will not post any Business Information that is false, misleading, inaccurate or incomplete.
  • You will not post any Business Information impersonating any person or entity.
  • You will not post any Business Information pertaining to a business of which you (i) are not the lawful owner; or (ii) do not have the authority to post on behalf of the business.
  • You will not post any Business Information that infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • You will not post any Business Information that is obscene, threatening, harmful, abusive or invasive of another's privacy.
  • You will not post any Business Information that constitutes child pornography or child erotica.
  • You will not post any Business Information that contains details of public places, places owned or controlled by Government or religious places of worship.
  • You will not use Zoho Publish to promote businesses that are illegal or harmful including providing instructional information about illegal activities.
  • You will not post any Business Information pertaining to a business that is in violation of applicable laws.

USAGE LIMITS FOR ZOHO PUBLISH

Zoho may prescribe usage limits based on the subscription plan chosen by you. You must make sure that your usage is within the usage limits prescribed by Zoho in order to avail uninterrupted service. You understand that Zoho may restrict an activity if you reach the usage limit corresponding to such activity.

VIOLATIONS

If your use of Zoho Publish is found to be in violation of the Terms, Zoho may, in its sole discretion, take appropriate actions against you, which may include suspension and permanent termination of your user account.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE

Zoho reserves the right to modify Zoho Publish Terms of Use. Modifications to the Terms of Use are effective upon Your use of Zoho Publish subsequent to publication of such modification.
