Task templates allows you to save your tasklists and its related tasks so that you can reuse them for your real-time projects in Zoho Projects.

In Home, click Task Templates and then click the Add Tasklist Template button to add a new task list template. If you have already saved or added task templates, they will be displayed here.
Hover the mouse over the desired template task list to edit, click the Action menu and then choose the required option to edit or delete.
In Home, click Task Templates, and click Reorder Task List Templates, at the top right corner. Drag and drop to reorder the tasklist templates. And then click Save TaskList Templates Order to save the order of the tasklist templates.
In Home, click Task Templates, and then click Add Task Template to add a task template.
While adding task templates you can choose to start the tasks after a few days, weeks, months or even hrs after the project start date. However, the hrs option is displayed in the task's Start After field, only if you have set your Task Duration in hours in your Org Settings.
In Home, click Task Templates, hover the mouse over the required task template and then choose to edit or delete the task template.
In Home, click Task Templates, and hover the mouse over the required task template and choose Add Subtask to add the template subtask to the tasklist. If you have already saved or added task templates, they will be displayed here. Learn More about sub tasks.
In Home, click Task Templates, and click Reorder to reorder the template tasks. And then drag and drop the task template as required, and click Save Order to save the new task template order.
