How do I verify request for quotes before my users publish them?

By configuring Approvals, admins can verify request for quotes before users publish them. To configure Approvals for the Request for Quotes module:

• Go to Settings in the top right corner of the page.
• Click Request for Quotes under Procurement.
• Go to the Approvals tab.
• Choose the required Approval Type.
• Configure the required approval preferences.
• Click Save.
