Page Layouts

In Zoho Procurement, you can select the fields that appear for your users while creating records.

Using Page Layouts, you will be able to enable fields, set default values, add hints, and mark fields as mandatory for the different teams in your organization.

Note: You can create Page Layouts only for the Purchase Requests module.

Create Page Layouts

Here’s how you can create page layouts in Zoho Procurement:

  • Go to Settings in the top right corner of the page.
  • Select a module and navigate to the Page Layouts tab.
  • Click New Page Layout in the top right corner of the page.
  • Enter a Name for the page layout and provide Description.
  • You can enable or disable fields, set default values for them, add help texts, and mark fields as mandatory. You can perform these actions for the Item Table section as well.
  • Once you’re done creating the page layout, click Save.

Your users will only be able to view and use the fields you’ve made available.


Edit Page Layouts

Here’s how you can make changes to your existing page layouts:

  • Go to Settings in the top right corner of the page.
  • Select a module and navigate to the Page Layouts tab.
  • Hover over the page layout you want to edit and click the More icon next to the page layout.
  • Click Edit and make the necessary changes.
  • Click Save.

Delete Page Layouts

Warning: You will not be able to retrieve the page layouts you’ve deleted.

Here’s how you can delete page layouts:

  • Go to Settings in the top right corner of the page.
  • Select a module and navigate to the Page Layouts tab.
  • Hover over the page layout you want to delete and click the More icon next to the page layout.
  • Click Delete.
  • Confirm your action by clicking Delete again in the pop-up.
