Custom Module Preferences
In this help document, you’ll learn the preferences you can configure for the Custom Modules in Zoho Procurement.
Here’s how you can set preferences for the custom modules you’ve created:
- Go to Settings in the top right corner of the page.
- Select the required custom module under Custom Modules.
Approvals
If your business requires records of custom modules to be approved before further action, you can enable Approvals for Custom Modules. You can configure Simple Approval, Multi-Level Approval, or Custom Approval.

Manage the preferences of a custom module from this tab.
Custom Modules in Vendor Portal
If you want your vendors to view and perform actions on the records of a custom module, you can enable the custom module for the vendor portal. Validation Rules
If you want to set restrictions on creating or updating the records of the custom modules, you can use Validation Rules.
Custom Buttons
Custom Buttons allows you to perform specific actions to custom modules when the button is clicked. You can create them using a Deluge script and execute actions based on the functions you add.
Related Lists
Related Lists allows you to fetch and view data from within the app as well as from other third-party services. This comes in handy when you want to cross-reference data from different entities.
