Share Budgets

In this help document, you’ll learn the different methods using which you can share budgets in Zoho Procurement.

Download Budgets

You can download the budgets to your system as a PDF. Here’s how you can download your budget:

• Click Budgets on the left sidebar.
• Click the budget you would like to download.
• Click the More icon at the top right corner.
• Select PDF and the budget will be downloaded to your system.

Print Budgets

Here’s how you can print a copy of your budget:

• Click Budgets on the left sidebar.
• Click the budget you would like to print.
• Click the More icon at the top right corner.
• Select Print and a preview of the budget will open.
• Click the Print icon to print the budget.
