Activity
The Activity analytics provides visibility into the actions and events that occur within your Zoho Procurement organization.
Note: Users in custom roles can perform actions and access modules only based on the permissions enabled for them.
To view the Activity analytics:
- Go to Analytics on the left sidebar.
- Click Activity under Analytics Category.
System Mails
The System Mails report lists of sysmtem-generated emails sent from your Zoho Procurement organization.
Scenario: Bailey, the Head of IT at Zylker, wants to review all automatic emails that were sent from Zylker in the past month. She generates the System Mails report in Zoho Procurement. The report lists the system-generated emails along with relevant details in one place, allowing him to view the mail activity from his organisation in a single view.
Activity Logs & Audit Trail
The Activity Logs & Audit Trail report shows a chronological record of actions performed in your Zoho Procurement organization, along with details of the changes made and the users who performed them.
Scenario: Patricia, an external auditor for Zylker, needs to review activities performed in the organization to understand what changes were made to records and who made them. Instead of inspecting individual transactions, she generates the Activity Logs & Audit Trail report. The report lists system and user activities along with their details, allowing Bailey to review organizational activity in a single view.
