Zoho Corporation participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Zoho Corporation is committed to subjecting all personal information received from European Union (EU) member countries, United Kingdom and Switzerland, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. Zoho Corporation is responsible for the processing of personal information it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and may subsequently transfer to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Zoho Corporation complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal information from the EU, United Kingdom and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
With respect to the personal information transferred or received pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Zoho Corporation is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, Zoho Corporation may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests from government or public authorities, including without limitation, to meet national security or other law enforcement requirements. Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Privacy Shield website, you may invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.
In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Zoho Corporation commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU, Swiss and United Kingdom individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact email@example.com.
Zoho Corporation has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data transferred from the EU, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
