How do I monitor the actions and changes performed by users in my Zoho Practice organization?

To track changes made by users in your organization:

  • Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
  • Scroll down and click Activity under Activity Logs & Audit Trail.
  • Click Customize Report at the top of the page.
  • Click + Add Filters below Advanced Filters.
  • Specify the criteria. Select User in the first dropdown, is in the second dropdown, and the required users in the third dropdown.
  • You can add filters and specify multiple conditions to satisfy.
  • Click Run Report.

An activity report is generated based on the user specified. Now, you can view changes made by the respective user.
