How do I create or import clients into my Zoho Practice organization?

If your clients are existing Zoho Books, Zoho Expense, or Zoho Payroll clients, you can import these Zoho Books organizations using the Import Zoho Clients option in the top right corner. To do this:

  • Go to the Clients module on the left sidebar.
  • Click the + New Client dropdown from the top right corner and select Import Zoho Clients.
  • Select the respective organization from the list.
  • Click Import Clients.

Now, the clients will be imported into your Zoho Practice organization.

To create new clients in Zoho Practice:

  • Go to the Clients module on the left sidebar.
  • Click + New Client in the top right corner.
  • Enter the client’s details.
  • Click Save.

A new client will be created in Zoho Practice, and a new client organization will be created in Zoho Books, Zoho Expense, or Zoho Payroll.

After this, your client will also be added as a user to their Zoho Books organization.
