Chart of Accounts

In Zoho Practice, the Chart of Accounts lets you create accounts under a set of default account types. Once created, you can group these accounts into templates and propagate them to your client’s Zoho Books organization. Your clients can use those accounts to track transactions in Zoho Books.

Scenario: Patricia has a client, Charles, who is unsure about tracking his loan repayments in Zoho Books. To help him, Patricia creates a template with the expense account Loan Repayment. She then propagates the template to Charles’ Zoho Books organization, allowing him to track his loan repayments effortlessly.
