Is Jumpstart part of the Zoho POS subscription or do I have to pay for it separately?

This is a separate program which will include a one-time payment of Rs.6,250AED375$200CAD200SAR375£175/€200$150R175/ user plus taxes per user for five hours which can be availed within 7 days. Additional charges will be applicable for added add-ons.

Will the team set up the system completely for me?

Our Jumpstart team will train and guide you on the above mentioned activities so you can manage the system easily.

Can I extend my Jumpstart service beyond the five hours mentioned?

Yes, you can extend your Jumpstart service by contacting us at sales@zohopos.com.

Will the Jumpstart program cover customizations for my print templates?

No, the Jumpstart program does not cover customizations for print templates. You can contact our support team at support@zohopos.com or any other channel for assistance with this.

Do you have any online training sessions other than Jumpstart?

You can register for our online training program with Zoho Spark here. You can also register for our weekly webinars to learn the basics of Zoho POS.

Will the program cover data import and migration?

We will train you using sample data and guide you through the migration as part of the Jumpstart program, provided the data is shared in the required template. For large item volumes, a separate fee will be applicable, based on the data format and size.

Can I get the Jumpstart service at my premises?

Yes, our team can visit your premises to help with the setup of Zoho POS. However, you will need to cover the technician's travel and accommodation expenses.

What is the approximate duration of the service?

The duration of the service is about five hours. If you require add-ons, the duration may vary.

If I wish to cancel the Jumpstart service midway, can I get a refund?

This is a one-time implementation service and a refund cannot be processed once you've enrolled in the program.

Will I be provided with any training on how to use the software?

Of course! Our experts will train you on the product customizations done in your Zoho POS account once the implementation is complete.

Who will support us after implementation?

We have a dedicated support team who will support you after the product implementation is over. This is included with your Zoho POS subscription.
