  3. On the screen, enter your primary email address (registered Zoho account) and complete the image verification.
  4. Click the 'Request' button.
  5. You will receive an email from Zoho Accounts to your primary email address with a reset password link. Click that link.
  6. Create a new password.
  7. Once done, you can sign in to Zoho People using the new password.

How do I upgrade my Zoho People account from a free plan?

To upgrade your Zoho People Subscription from a free plan, please follow the steps below.

  1. Sign in as Admin.
  2. Click 'Subscription' at the top of the page.
  3. Choose a plan.
  4. Enter your credit card details and when you are done, click 'Make Payment'.
  5. Your account will be upgraded and you will receive a confirmation email for the same.

When will you charge my credit card?

Your credit card will automatically be charged on the same date of every month/year for both monthly and yearly plans. Since this process is automated, you will be charged automatically unless you change your plan to 'Free Plan'.

How do I change my time zone?

  2. Click 'Personal Information'.

How do I change my language in Zoho People?

How do I delete/close my Zoho account?

Zoho works on single sign-on(SSO). So, if you close your account, you will no longer be able to access any of the Zoho applications.

To delete your Zoho account:

  1. Log in to https://accounts.zoho.com

  3. Enter your current password and select the reason for closing your Zoho account.
  4. Click 'Close Account' button.
