# Business Owners

This section is applicable only for Companies, LLCs, and Partnerships that have more than one owner. If the representative is also the owner, their details will be populated here.

To view the details and add more owners:

1.  Go to **Settings** by clicking the **Gear** icon in the top-right corner.
    
2.  Click **Business Owners**.
    
3.  Click **\+ Add Owner** and enter the following details:
    
    *   **First and Last Name**
    *   **Email, Phone and Address**
    *   **Ownership Percentage:** It is mandatory to provide the details of owners who have more than 25% of the company’s shares.
    *   **Date of Birth**
    *   **Social Security Number:** The 9-digit identifier assigned by the government to the U.S. citizens and eligible residents to track their earnings and social security benefits.
4.  Accept the terms and click **Save**.

The owner’s details will be added.

**To edit or delete owners:**

1.  Go to **Settings** by clicking the **Gear** icon in the top-right corner.
2.  Click **Business Owners**.
3.  Click the **Edit** icon if you’d like to make any changes.  
    or
4.  Click the **Trash** icon to delete a business owner.
