Authorize Token

  1. Authorize token can be used to map both Free and paid customers.
  2. Partner should use the email address to map the customer in the Add Customer form in partner store.
  3. If the customer is in the Free plan or moved to a paid plan less than a month before, we will map that customer to the partner without asking for the token.
  4. If the customer is in the paid plan for more than a 1 month or already mapped to another partner, a message will be displayed to get the token from the customer and apply that token using the Map Token link in partner store. 
  5. Customer should use this link to generate the token:  https://store.zoho.com/html/store/transfertoken.html 
  6. The customer can select one or more services and generate a token.
  7. The token is valid for 15 days from the date of generation.
  8. The customer should pass the generated token to their partner.
  9. In partner store, the partner should use the Map Customer link to map the customer.
  10. When the token is applied and if the customer is already working with another partner, an email will be sent to the previous partner informing about the change of partner.
