The Zoho sign up box is a feature that is enabled through the Partner Store. This service provides the sign up URLs that you can embed in your website; one for each Zoho service that you offer. Users can then sign up for the various Zoho services from your website rather than from the Zoho.com website. When a user signs up using these URLs, they will automatically be mapped to your partner account. Any future transactions from this customer will also be associated with your future partner commissions. 

When a user signs up using these URLs, you can also make Partner Store push these sign ups directly to the Lead module of your CRM account. To do this, you need to configure your CRM's authtoken.

When a customer uses the sign up URL to sign up for a Zoho service, by default, the customer will be redirected to the home page of the Zoho service in which he /she signed up. If you want the customer to be redirected to your website instead of the default service page, then you need a configure a return URL for that service.

You can also customize the sign up boxes to suit the look and feel of your website in which you embed these sign up boxes. To do this, you need to upload your CSS file.

 To generate your unique sign up URL:

1. In Customer's tab, click on the SignUp Code link. This will list the sign up URLs for each of the Zoho service that has been assigned to you.
2. You can copy and paste the signup URL in an iframe in your website or you can use it in your email campaigns.

 To integrate with your CRM Lead Module

1. In Customer's tab, click on the SignUp Code link. Then click the Add/Edit AuthToken link.
2. In the pop up, follow the instructions to generate your CRM account's AuthToken. Refer screenshot below.
3. Paste the AuthToken in the text box and Click Submit.

 Configuring Lead module in Zoho CRM:
The following are the fields that we populate in your CRM Leads module. Please make sure that you have all these fields configured in your Leads module to receive all the information when your customer signs up using the sign up box from your website.

 To configure a return URL for a service:

1. Select Customer's tab -> Signup Code -> Add/ Edit Return URL.
2. In the pop up box, select the service for which you want to configure the return URL.
3. Enter the return URL.
4. Click the Submit button.

 To customize your Sign up boxes

1. Select Customer's tab -> Signup Code -> Add/ Edit CSS URL.
2. In the pop up box, select the service for which you want to configure the CSS URL.
3. Enter the CSS URL. Please note that the CSS url should be in "https" protocol since our sign up page will be served from "https" protocol due to security reasons.
4. Click the Submit button.

 Old Sign Up Codes: Old sign up codes will contain parameters like nrid or rid as part of the sign up link. These sign up codes will not work after Aug 31st, 2014. We have changed the encryption algorithm to make it more stronger and secure in our new sign up codes. So please, generate the new sign up codes from Partner Store and use it.
