If your customer directly signed up in Zoho, they will not be part of your partner store. In such a scenario, you can map the customer to your partner store, so that you will be eligible for the commission for the transactions done by that customer. You can map your existing customer by asking your customer to tag you. Only when your customer tags you, they will appear in your partner store. Please note that you will receive a full commission if your customer tags you within 2 months of becoming a paid customer. If they tag you after 2 months, you will be paid commissions for the upgrades done from the tagging date and for the upgrade portion of the subsequent recurring payments.
