Credit Card Change for paid customers from Reseller Portal

This allows you to change the customer credit card from partner portal

  1. Please login to reseller store - https://store.zoho.com/ 
  2. Mouse over your customer name in the Customer's tab and click the Change Card Details link.
  3. Change the Credit Card details.
  4. Once the card is changed, we will start charging from the new card.
  5. The account will be changed to RC (Reseller Card).
  6. Next renewal amount will be set at partner discount price.
  7.  All future upgrades will be charged at partner price.
  8. Only you can buy licenses for these accounts from partner store. since your card is used, users will be disallowed from upgrading licenses from service.
  9. All invoices will be sent to the partner.
