Key points to note

Before you begin, here are a few points you should keep in mind

  1. A Zoho Consulting Partner is an independent business that provides services on top of Zoho products.

  2. Make sure to set up an independent service agreement between you and the partner to determine the scope and conditions of the service(s).

  3. Zoho will not be a party to the agreement between you and a Partner.

  4. Zoho will also not be a party to any conflict or disagreement that takes place between you and a partner.

  5. Zoho does not have visibility or control over a partner's service charges.

  6. Zoho will not be held responsible for your relationship with any freelancers or independent consultants not officially recognized by Zoho as a Consulting Partner. In case if you need to validate a partner's current status, please reach out to partner-operations@zohocorp.com.

We recommend the following steps to ensure your security and satisfaction:

  • Exercise due diligence while choosing a Zoho Partner. Check the Zoho Partner Directory to ensure the Partner you are working with is currently recognized by, and authorized to represent Zoho.

  • Confirm their Zoho Partner Tier on the Partner Directory to ensure their level of expertise and experience.

  • Read up on case studies and testimonials from the Partner website or their profile on the Zoho Partner Directory to understand their track record and to determine if they have worked with businesses similar to yours.

  • Discuss and agree on an SLA. Communicate your requirements and expectations with Zoho Partners from the outset. Ensure transparency regarding pricing, timelines, deliverables, and any potential risks or challenges associated with the project.
