Find a Partner

All listed partners have met our benchmark criteria and are ranked based on their performance. The rest of the document will help you identify the most suitable partner for your business.

Step 1 -   Document your expectations
Clearly document what you expect from the partner, the Zoho product, and what you seek to accomplish through this partnership. You can also list a few non-negotiable attributes that you seek in a Consulting Partner to help you make a quicker choice.

Step 2 -  Partner suitability check

Once you click the "Find a Partner" button under 'Work with a Partner', the system automatically filters the list based on your IP address to show partners in your country, ranked in descending order of their performance. You can further refine the list using the available filter options based on your specific needs.

  • Country - Select your country to identify partners best suited to your requirements. Kindly note that some partners may not have a physical presence in your region. You can verify this information by reviewing the partner’s profile.
Note: The countries listed represent regions where our partners are currently available. If your country is not listed, you may consider connecting with partners in nearby regions–several of our partners offer services on a global scale.

  • Industry experience - A partner's experience in the relevant industry is essential for them to understand the context of a business problem and suggest, customize, and implement relevant Zoho products to meet your organization's needs.

  • Supported languages - If you have specific service language requirements, make sure the partner provides services in that language.

  • Certification - Partners may hold certifications in the Zoho product(s) that they work with, signifying  their expertise in those products. These certifications are an added advantage. If product certifications are not listed on a partner's profile, you can enquire about their certification status on the product you wish to engage them in.

  • Years of experience with Zoho - Filter by years of experience to see how long each partner has been active in the Zoho ecosystem.

Here are a few other aspects to look out for while choosing your Zoho Consulting Partner:

  • Partnership status - Zoho Consulting Partnership has three levels- Authorized, Advanced, and Premium, each level higher than the previous, with the highest being the Premium level. A partner's tier status represents their level of overall performance and success as a Zoho Consulting Partner.

  • Case studies - Most Zoho Consulting Partners have customer case studies listed on their profile within the Partner Directory. These case studies will give you an in-depth understanding of a partner's capabilities and their approach toward implementation of Zoho products.

  • Customer reviews - Customer feedback is a great way to determine the quality of service provided by a partner. You can go through the customer reviews and star rating on a partner's profile to make an informed decision.

  • Most implemented Zoho apps   - Each partner profile highlights the Zoho apps they have implemented most frequently. This helps you quickly identify partners whose experience best matches your specific business needs.

Once you find a partner that fits all your requirements, the next step is to engage with them.

Step 3 - Engage with the Partner

Once you’ve identified a suitable Consulting Partner, you can initiate contact by filling out the Contact Partner form available on their partner's profile in the Partner Directory.

Note: Before reaching out to the partner, we recommend preparing a clear document outlining your business requirements. Sharing this with the partner helps them align efficiently with your goals for the Zoho implementation.

If you do not receive a response from a partner, please feel free to reach out to partner-operations@zohocorp.com

Step 4 - Draw up a statement of work
Proceed further only if you have a clear and mutually agreed/signed SOW in place. If you are not sure about your requirements and their mapping to Zoho products, please engage someone to help you do this. A Zoho Consulting Partner can specifically be engaged for this activity as well. They may charge for this on a consulting T&M basis. But do not proceed to the next step without a clear and extensive Statement of Work.

Step 5 - Get into the service agreement
Before commencing the project, it is important to have a clear understanding of the cost. If not completely specified while putting the SOW together, ensure that you know how it will be calculated and put together. Please note that the implementation fee is decided by the Partner and agreed upon by the customer. Zoho does not have any authority over a Partner's fee or the implementation of the project. Also, ensure you have a legally binding agreement with the Partner on the implementation cost, implementation timeline, payment schedule, refund policy, and other details. Zoho will not be responsible for services delivered against any such contract.

Step 6 - Implementation process

Once the implementation begins, we recommend that you ask the partner to walk you through the entire implementation. This would be appropriate time to flag any deviations from the SOW and have them adjusted right away.

Once you officially begin working with a Zoho Partner, your account will be mapped to their partner account. More on this in the following section.
