We are updating Zoho PageSense's terms of use

As part of our commitment to privacy and transparency, we’re updating our Terms of use. The updated terms of use focus on preventing the tracking of sensitive visitor data.

The updated terms of use are effective starting September 20, 2018.

PageSense helps you track and record your visitors' actions on your website using session recording. We make sure we do not record or store any sensitive information from your visitors. There are a few cases in which the user needs to specify which information is PII, however, as PageSense would not be able to identify it otherwise. PageSense does not record or store any keystrokes by visitors. In addition, it provides an option to mask any elements on your website which might expose PII.

By anonymizing the IPs of your website visitors, we make sure that no individual's privacy is violated. We also provide an option to display a banner on your website which informs the user that they are being tracked using cookies and allows them to opt out of this tracking.
