Who is PageSense for Agencies designed for?

 
It's built for digital marketing and CRO agencies that manage multiple client websites and want a scalable way to improve performance, engagement, and conversions from one unified console.

How many clients can I manage under the Agency module?

 
You can start with up to 10 client accounts. Additional bundles of 5 clients can be added at $75/month (billed annually).

How do visitor licenses work?

 
Agencies purchase visitor licenses under a single subscription. These licenses can then be distributed and reallocated across clients based on need, without buying separate subscriptions.

Can I upgrade my visitor licenses?

 
Yes. You can self-upgrade up to 1M visitors directly. Our support team will assist with a backend upgrade for higher limits (up to 20M visitors).

What happens if a client reaches their visitor quota?

 
Notifications trigger at 70%, 80%, 90%, and 100% usage. If no action is taken, the account will pause once the quota is exhausted. A 10% buffer is available before pausing. Reactivating is easy; just upgrade or reallocate licenses.

What kind of access controls are available for my team?

 
Two roles apply at the agency level: Admin gets full access, including subscriptions, and Agency Manager manages the clients they create. You can assign additional roles within client accounts, such as Owner, Editor, or Viewer.

How is client data handled?

 
Every client gets a unique Org ID, ensuring complete data isolation and privacy. Agencies maintain administrative overview, while clients have complete privacy over their experiments.

Can clients manage their own subscriptions?

 
No. All subscriptions and license management remain with the agency to ensure centralized control and one billing.

Is the Agency module available with Zoho bundles?

 
Not yet. In Phase 1, the Agency module is only available with the standalone PageSense product. Integration with bundles may come in future phases.

What happens if my agency subscription lapses?

 
If your subscription lapses, all accounts pause until renewed. You'll get a 15-day grace period to reactivate. After that, the account shifts to the Free plan and is marked cancelled.
