Zoho One - Pricing FAQ
Do I need to buy a Zoho One license for every employee in my organization?
Yes, a Zoho One license is required for every employee in your organization.
I have employees who don't use a computer or mobile phone. Do I need a Zoho One license for those employees?
Please talk to us so we can understand your scenario. Based on your business and usage, we may be able to work out a solution.
Will the price change as the Zoho One suite expands?
We have no plans to change our pricing. If for some reason we do, we'll still honor your initial purchase price.
Are there long-term contracts?
No, we don't force you into any long-term contracts. Our best price is available as a yearly subscription, but you aren't required to commit to that. Month-to-month pricing is available; however, there is a slight price increase over the yearly subscription.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments through Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you don't have a credit card (offline payments) we accept checks, PayPal (you must have a Paypal account), and wire transfers. To arrange offline payments, or if you have any questions, please contact our sales team.
What if I need to add or remove Zoho One licenses partway through my contract?
If you gain or lose an employee, you can add and remove licenses as needed.
For online payments: If you need to add a license, simply upgrade your account and we'll automatically adjust the pricing. If you need to remove a license, you can downgrade online and then contact our Payments team for an appropriate refund.

I currently have a contract with Zoho and switching to Zoho One will save me money. How will you credit me or prorate the difference?
If moving to Zoho One saves you money, you'll automatically receive a prorated price when upgrading to it.
Please note: To automatically receive a prorated price you'll need to first start a trial of Zoho One, add the applications you're currently using, and then upgrade.
I have multiple Zoho apps on different billing cycles. Will this affect my ability to upgrade to Zoho One?
No, it won't. When you upgrade to Zoho One, our system will automatically consolidate your billing, give you the adjusted rate, and provide a single payment date.
Please note: To automatically receive adjusted billing you'll need to first start a trial of Zoho One, add the applications you're currently using, and then upgrade.
If my company is multinational can I pay in one currency for employees in one country and in a different currency for employees in another country?
No, unfortunately this isn't possible. You must pay in the currency that corresponds to the country your account was created in.
Do I have to sign an agreement to license Zoho One for the entire organization?
Yes, you'll be required a sign an agreement that states that you're authorized to license Zoho One and that you're buying a license for every employee in your organization. By signing the agreement, you also give Zoho the right to audit your usage of Zoho One to ensure that you're in compliance.
What happens if I don't license Zoho One for every employee?
We can trust you, can't we? As per our licensing agreement, we reserve the right to terminate the use of our applications for your organization, along with other possible actions. Please refer to our license agreement so you're clear on what you're agreeing to.
Do you offer discounts for Zoho One?
No, we don't offer discounts. Zoho One is already priced very aggressively.
I only use a portion of your apps. Can I get a discount for Zoho One?
Zoho One is priced to be very affordable. We won't give a discount if you only use some of our apps. Think of it this way: When you go to a buffet, do you ask for a discount because you didn't eat every dish they offered? Do you ask for a discount from your cable provider because you don't watch every single channel? We've priced Zoho One low so that you don't have to worry about the cost. We don't believe in nickel-and-diming our customers; please don't do it to us.
I want to license Zoho One for hundreds or thousands of employees. Do you offer any volume discounts?
We don't offer any volume discounts. We suggest you talk to one of our sales reps about it.
I'm a company of one. Are you saying I can have access to enterprise-level versions of 40 Zoho applications for
₹1000$30€30£30$35$500R$80¥150 /month? Am I dreaming?
Pinch yourself. You're not dreaming. This is the deal of the century if you're a one-person company. The entire suite of applications probably costs less than your cable or cell phone bill.
How many different plans of Zoho One are available?
Zoho One is available as one simple plan. You pay a flat fee of ₹1000$30€30£30$35$500R$80¥150 /employee/month (that's $1/day) and you get everything you need to run your business. Plain and simple. We don't believe in nickel-and-diming our customers, or offering multiple plans and trying to move you to the more expensive one. We're trying to keep things as simple as possible.
Should I purchase Zoho One directly through you or through your local partners?
You can do either. The price will be the same in both cases.
When will this deal end?
This isn't a limited time deal or promotional offer. This is it. This pricing is going to be the same forever. In the unlikely event of Zoho One's price changing, we'll honor the purchase price of existing customers.
I have a feeling you might raises prices. Can I sign a multi-year contract to lock in this pricing?
Seems some of our competitors have really done a number on you. If you insist on getting into a multi-year contract, we can give you one. But hey, here's a thought experiment: What if we lower our price even further? Are you willing to pay a higher price for the duration of your contract? Just kidding. Seriously though, if you really want a multi-year contract, our sales team can probably help you.
I accepted the terms of the Zoho One agreement. But now I'm being asked to accept additional terms of agreement in applications like Campaigns, Sites, Mail, etc. Do I have to accept these additional agreements?
Some of our apps do have individual agreements. For the most part, these agreements have to do with preventing abuse. To use those applications, you'll have to agree to those application-specific agreements.
I don't have permission to accept your agreement. It has to go through our legal department. How do I go about this?
Our sales team can send you an agreement for your legal team to sign. Once it's signed, we'll enable access to Zoho One so you can proceed to the next step.
I purchased extensions from Marketplace for some Zoho applications. Can those be included in the same Zoho One invoice?
No, not currently; however, we do have plans to include Marketplace licenses on our single invoice.
It seems I'll pay less to license Zoho One for every employee in my organization than what I pay for a subset of employees to have CRM Plus. How am I getting more with Zoho One and paying less? Am I missing something?
Some customers who license CRM Plus for a large portion of their employee base will notice that Zoho One ends up being cheaper, since you get more for less. If that's the case, feel free to celebrate.
How do I compare Zoho One's pricing with alternative pricing? Do I add up all the software costs and compare it with Zoho One's total cost?
Adding up the licensing cost of every piece of software you use is a start. Then add the cost of the middle-ware you license to make existing programs work together (like single sign-on software or software you use to integrate applications). Now add the amount of time and effort you put in to make everything work for you, including dealing with multiple support orgs, dealing with contracts and billing across vendors, and more.
With Zoho One, you're getting an integrated suite, rather than a bunch of unrelated software. You're getting a single invoice. A single support team. With Zoho One, you're licensing peace of mind. Unfortunately, we can't really make a comparison document for that.
At these prices, how can you make enough money to stay in business long term?
Believe it or not, we're actually making money. That's because we run a tight ship. This is our 21st year in business and the principles behind Zoho One are the same we've had since the beginning. We save, invest profits in important parts of our business (technology, data centers, security, etc.), and spend responsibly on sales and marketing—that's probably why it took so long for you to hear about us. 21 years of smart decisions and efficiency gains are how we can offer Zoho One. Interestingly enough, many companies who charge far more than we do can't seem to make money.
If I pay for Zoho One, will I be charged extra for Zoho Apps integrations?
No. Every Zoho Apps integration we currently offer within each of our products is included by default. You don’t have to pay separately for those.
I run a business that's part of a franchise model. I can't make decisions for all franchises, but I want to use Zoho One for my franchise. How does licensing work in my case?
We suggest you talk to our sales team and help them understand your model better so they can guide you.
We have multiple divisions in our business. We operate independently across divisions, but are part of the same registered entity. We don’t have control over software used in other divisions. Can Zoho One be licensed to just one division?
We recommend you speak to one of our sales representatives to help us understand your case better. They'll be happy to guide you accordingly.
I'm really sold on Zoho One, but I need to convince the rest of my team. Can you help me?
Most definitely! Please drop us a line about the kind of help you need and we'll get you the right information.
