Why is the payment not reflected in my bank account even though the invoice is marked as Paid?

Zoho Invoice does not hold your payments. When your customer makes a payment, the amount is collected and stored in your configured payment gateway account. The funds will be transferred to the bank account associated with your payment gateway based on the gateway’s payout schedule.

Note: The payout schedule varies depending on the payment gateway you have configured.

To inquire about the payout schedule, reach out to the respective payment gateway that you have configured. They will be able to notify you when the payment will be deposited into your bank account.
