# What are outstanding receivables? What charges are included in it?

Outstanding receivables denotes the amount that you are owed currently. That is, the amount you’re yet to receive from your customers for the products you sold them. This includes all invoices with the status: Sent, Overdue, and Partially Paid.

To view a particular customer’s outstanding receivables:

*   Go to **Sales** > **Customers**.
*   Select a customer.
*   Their _Outstanding Receivables_ will be listed in the _Overview_ tab.

If you want to view your total outstanding receivables:

*   Go to **Sales** on the left sidebar and select _Invoices_.
*   A tiny dashboard at the top will display your _Total_ _Outstanding Receivables._
