How do I record a credit note in Zoho Books?

Here’s how to record a credit note:

  • Go to Purchases on the left sidebar and select Bills.
  • Click Create Credit Note from the + New dropdown.
  • Select the vendor for whom you want to create a credit note and enter the required details.
  • Click Save.
