# How do I exclude transactions from a list of uncategorized transactions?

If you do not want any transaction from your bank statement to be included in Zoho Books, you can exclude them. Here’s how:

*   Go to the **Banking** module on the left sidebar.
*   Select the bank account for which you want to exclude transactions.
*   Go to the **Uncategorised Transactions** tab.
*   Click the check box towards the left side of the transactions that you want to exclude.
*   Click **Exclude**.
*   In the pop-up that appears, enter the reason for excluding the transactions in the _Reason_ field and click **Exclude All**.

With this, the transactions selected will be excluded. To view them:

*   Click the down arrow next to _Uncategorised Transactions_ and select **Manually Excluded** from the dropdown.

All the excluded transactions will be listed.

Zoho Books will automatically exclude the duplicate transactions in your bank statement. To view the duplicate transactions:

*   Go to the **Banking** module in the left sidebar.
*   Select the account in which contains the duplicate transactions.
*   Click the down arrow next to _Uncategorised Transactions_ and select **Automatically Excluded** from the dropdown.

If there are any duplicate transactions that were not excluded, you can exclude them manually.
