# How do I execute a workflow rule based on two or more conditions?

You can define various conditions based on which the Workflow rule will be executed by adding criteria under **Filter the triggers**. To add more criteria:

*   Go to **Settings** in the top right corner.
*   Click **Workflow Rules** under _Automation_.
*   Click **\+ New Workflow Rule**.
*   Enter the **Workflow Rule Name**.
*   Select a **Module** to which you want to associate the workflow rule from the dropdown.
*   Click **Next**.
*   Select a **Workflow Type**.
*   Based on the workflow type that you have chosen, additional fields will be displayed. You can select the fields according to your needs.
*   Click **Next**.
*   Add a criteria based on which the workflow should be triggered from the first, second, and third dropdowns.
*   Click **Add Criteria** to add additional criteria.
*   Select **AND** if you want all the conditions to be satisfied, or select **OR** if you want either of the conditions to be satisfied.
*   Click **Next**.
*   Select the **Immediate Action** **Type** that should be triggered and the **Action** **Name** under _Actions_.
*   Click **Save**.

**Note:** You can add a maximum of 10 criteria.
