# How do I make my business’s logo visible on all my invoices?

To make your logo visible on the invoices that you send to your customers, you will have to upload your logo to your Zoho Billing organization. Here’s how:

*   Go to **Settings** > **Organization Profile**.
*   Click the **Upload your logo** link.
*   Select an image from your device’s storage and click **Save**.

**Warning:** You will only be able to add an image that's under 1MB with a maximum resolution of 240px \* 240px.

Now, your organization’s logo will be visible on all invoices and credit notes that you send to your customers.

You can customize these invoices further by going to **Settings** > **Templates**.
