# Can I generate an advance invoice for the next n billing cycles?

Yes, you can generate an advance invoice for the next n billing cycles. Once the invoice is created:

*   The next billing date will be automatically adjusted.
*   A banner will appear on the subscription overview page indicating that an advance invoice has been generated.

Here’s how to generate an advance invoice for the next n billing cycles:

*   Go to **Subscriptions** under _Sales_.
*   Select a subscription for which you want to generate.
*   Click the **More** icon and select **Generate Advance Invoice**.
*   Enter the number of cycles you want to invoice in advance.
*   Preview the invoice and click **Generate**.

An invoice will be generated for the specified number of cycles and sent to the customer.
