Schedule a meeting
Meetings don't always have to be in person. You can meet online with your prospects and leads to give a product demonstration or hold any discussion where people from other locations can easily join. The online meeting integration in Zoho CRM lets you schedule meetings right from the Leads/Contacts module. You can also click Event under your Zoho CRM Activities tab to add an event as an online meeting.
Set up an instant meeting
To quickly launch a meeting with your lead or contact from your Zoho CRM account, you can click the Meet Now option from the Record details page. Fill in the event details in the pop-up and click Start Meeting. You can view the invitation link sent to all meeting participants by navigating to the Event details page and clicking View Invitation link.
Start a meeting
Communication is a critical aspect of any business. Meeting and CRM integration helps the host collaborate seamlessly with leads and contacts by starting a meeting from within the CRM in many ways—such as from the Record details page, from the calendar, or from the activity reminders pop-up in their CRM account. The Start Meeting button will be displayed once you create a meeting/event.
Join a meeting
When creating events, you can add the list of participants to the meeting and choose to include the meeting URL in the invitation email. The participants will be able to join the meeting by clicking on the URL in the email. For joining the meeting, you can choose either of the audio preferencing methods: phone audio or computer audio.
Access and share recordings
If you've recorded the online meeting, you can share it with all of the presenters and attendees, people who didn't attend the meeting, or anyone else of your choice. To share the recording, navigate to the Zoho CRM Event details page and click More < Send Recording. Now, select the recipients of the recording and click Send.
