A sleek new design
We've completely overhauled the look and feel of Zoho Marketing Automation to make it more visually appealing and easier to navigate. The new UI has been redesigned to provide a seamless and intuitive user experience. It includes a cleaner and more modern look, enhanced navigation and feature layout, and improved accessibility to the key information you need. Landing pages - The cornerstone for conversion
Landing pages are a core part of marketers' lead generation strategy, but marketers don't have to rely on a separate landing page builder application anymore; they can design, publish, and optimize beautiful landing pages using highly intuitive drag-and-drop editors. Marketing Automation's built-in editor comes with a set of templates to choose from, so you can make your pages look great on any device. The landing pages module is powered by Zoho LandingPage, and doesn't require a separate subscription.
Build a strong online presence with social media
We've introduced new add-ons for the Social module to help users manage social media marketing for their brands. Schedule and publish social media posts across multiple channels, use our advanced analytics and reporting tools to track and measure the performance of your campaigns and make data-driven decisions, and engage with your audience in real-time to provide a more personalized and effective social media experience. As this feature is powered by Zoho Social, users don't need a separate subscription to access it.
Workspace: The key to productivity
Are you looking to improve communication or streamline operations across multiple teams? Introducing Workspace: a centralized hub where your teams can communicate, manage tasks, and ensure that sensitive information is kept confidential. Grant access to specific workspaces only to appropriate individuals, and thereby eliminate the risk of unauthorized access.
Our goal was to enable granular control over user access and permissions. Each workspace has its own designated administrator, separate from the organization-level administrator. This individual will be responsible for managing the users within that specific workspace and can add or remove users from the workspace as needed, providing a greater level of security and flexibility. This promotes more effective collaboration and communication within teams, as users will only be able to access the workspaces they need.
All things leads
Get a comprehensive view of your leads, including detailed information about each lead's stage, source, and demography. Marketing Automation's new central dashboard helps you easily track and manage your leads in real time. The revamped lead view now includes all entities associated with a lead, like product, topics, planner, journey, and segments, giving you a holistic view of their level of engagement. Our lead management system also offers insights into the number of leads engaged via events, webinars, goals, email campaigns, pop-ups, forms, SMS campaigns, landing pages, and social campaigns.
Craft emails that resonate with your brand
Simplifying the process of creating and managing email campaigns is a goal we've always aimed for. With our new user-friendly interface, you can now choose a campaign type and start working without any hassle. Use A/B testing for any campaign type to test different variations of subject lines, sender addresses, and content—all within the campaign setup. Additionally, we've made it easier to exclude leads from campaigns by enabling users to set custom criteria for exclusion. Our new reporting and dashboard feature provides detailed lead analytics, including email analytics, bounce stats, and other key insights to help you improve your email campaigns and achieve better results.
Text your way to leads
We've made some interesting new enhancements to our SMS campaigns, including support for unsubscribes, enabling users to opt out of receiving further communication from your organization. You can now send test messages to phone numbers before launching an actual campaign to ensure deliverability. We've added response actions for SMS campaigns, giving users the ability to set follow-up actions for their audience based on SMS actions like delivered or clicked.
We're also providing our own SMS gateway to simplify the entire process and eliminate the need for a third-party integration. With our SMS gateway, you can rely on hassle-free SMS campaign management and achieve your objectives faster.
Understand and optimize the customer experience
With our new responsive drag-and-drop interactions, users can easily create and configure journey components to improve the overall user experience. One key aspect of the new update is the ability to re-enter leads into journeys from which they've already exited. Users can now specify re-entry criteria and triggers, giving them more control over the customer journey. We've also introduced the ability for users to edit live journeys at any point in time, without creating new versions.
To provide even more actionable insights, we're introducing Journey X-ray, which enables users to see the most and least engaged actions, as well as the most and least engaged paths. Our reports have been simplified for journeys, making it easier for users to gain a complete understanding of their customers' journeys.
The ultimate planner for collaboration
We've updated the Planner module to do more than just set goals and track revenue. It offers a set of features that also enable users to build a detailed marketing plan that includes multiple goals and activities. It also comes with a scheduler, which users can use to plan and schedule their campaigns and events.
The Planner includes advanced analytics and reporting tools, making it easy for users to track the ROI of their marketing campaigns and events by channel, enabling them to see which channels are most effective and adjust their strategy accordingly. The goal is to help businesses track every metric and devise a clear marketing objective, with every stakeholder on board.
Decode user behavior for better engagement
Zoho Marketing Automation 2.0 now includes PageSense's powerful web analytics, enabling users to track and optimize web pages and thereby improve engagement and conversion rates.
You can use ZMA 2.0 to track user acquisition based on attributes like source, medium, and channel, as well as to track visitor behavior based on entry pages, exit pages, and landing pages. This provides a deeper understanding of how visitors interact with your website and helps you identify areas for improvement. We've also enabled goal tracking for your website based on element clicks, link clicks, page views, and custom event metrics.
Use a connected CRM to power up your marketing and sales efforts
We're bringing a major update to our Zoho CRM integration that enables instant record syncing from each module by default. Our goal is to integrate our platform tightly with Zoho CRM, enabling your sales and marketing teams to interact with each other contextually. We've removed the limitations of custom or criteria-based syncing and now allow only one sync per module. This step ensures that users have a comprehensive view of leads and eliminates any potential data leakage.
With the new sync, users now have a 360-degree view of leads, deals, accounts, and data from webinars or events attended within the Zoho ecosystem. This enables users to view data points from any Zoho service at a glance, making it easier to analyze leads. It allows for efficient lead management, better analysis of leads, and more effective marketing campaigns. Connect sales and marketing teams in this way and achieve more success in your business.
Elevate your ecommerce game
Marketing Automation 2.0 offers a suite of features that enables you to streamline your ecommerce marketing and boost sales. With post-purchase follow-ups, you can increase the number of repeat customers and build lasting relationships.
