Overview

Zoho Marketing Automation provides API (Application Programming Interface) to share data to and from other applications such as Zoho CRM, and third-party applications such as, accounting, ERP, e-commerce, self-service portals and others. With our API, you can extract data in JSON format and develop new applications or integrate with your existing business applications.

As far as authentication is concerned, we perform API authentication using access and refresh tokens (version 1). You need to generate access and refresh tokens to use APIs. We provide better security by confining the access limited to the activities that the user has to perform.

Prerequisites

1. You must have a valid username and password to access Marketing Automation.

2. Developer environment/hosting server to integrate third-party application.

3. Internet connection to communicate with Marketing Automation API.
