How to manage your cookie preferences

Most browsers let users control and manage cookies by allowing them to choose their preferences under the Settings or Preferences tab of the respective browsers. However, if your visitors disable the cookies, Zoho Marketing Automation visitor analytics may provide inaccurate results. Most browsers provide help pages relating to cookie management in their products.

Tracking pixels

Every time an email campaign is sent using Zoho Campaigns, a one-pixel image is placed in the body of the email. This is known as a web beacon or a tracking pixel. When a contact opens an email campaign, the one-pixel image gets downloaded, sending the request to our server and helping us track the contact's email address, IP address, date, and associated time of email opens and specific clicks. This helps us generate reports and measure the performance of sent email campaigns.
