Zoho and Kotak Mahindra Bank : End User License Agreement.

• I understand that I'm responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials of my Zoho account and for all activities that occur as part of my availing of the banking services offered by the Bank through Zoho Books ("Integration").
• I understand that I am enabling this Integration entirely at my own risk. I shall assume full responsibility for my access and use of the banking services offered by the Bank through Zoho Books.
• I acknowledge that this EULA applies exclusively to my access to, and use of, this Integration services and does not alter in any way, the terms and conditions of any other agreement which I may have agreed with Zoho
• I agree not to hold Zoho liable and responsible in any manner for any loss or damage arising or resulting from any delay/failure while availing the banking services, as part of Integration, that occur due to (a) acts beyond Zoho's control, (b) network unavailability, malware, viruses (c) any incorrectness or incompleteness in banking services, and (d) errors that are directly or indirectly attributable to Bank
• I acknowledge that in no event shall, Zoho be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of data or profits whatsoever arising in connection with this integration
• I understand that any claim against Zoho must be initiated within a period of 90 days from the date of occurrence of event that gave rise to the claim.
• I acknowledge that Zoho has the right to temporarily or permanently disable or suspend the Integration without any prior notice.
• I acknowledge that Zoho may modify the terms of the EULA at any time. The modified terms will become effective after fifteen (15) days from the date of announcement of such modification.
